Community Organizations

The Dennis R. Neill Equality Center serves the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) and allied community. Owned and operated by Oklahomans for Equality, the Equality Center has served Oklahoma and the surrounding area for nearly 12 years and is now one of the largest LGBT Centers in the region.

You'll find the lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender (LGBT) & allied community at the Dennis R Neill Equality Center. Below are some of the community groups utilizing the Equality Center at 621 E 4th Street in downtown Tulsa. The Equality Center also offers the usage of its rooms for private events.

Community Organizations at the Equality Center
Inside Out ACA - Adult Children of Alcoholics
The Inside Out group of ACA, Adult Children of Alcoholics, is a twelve-step, twelve tradition program of men and women who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes.
Mondays, 7-9pm
Driller Bears
The Driller Bears of Oklahoma meet for fellowship, contribute to worthy causes and promote positive attitudes and images of the hirsute.
3rd Sunday of each month, 3pm
Ekklesia - the Gathering
No pews, no passing the plate and no perfect people = Ekklesia - the Gathering.
Sundays 10am, lunch follows
Tulsa Area Primetimers
TAPT, Tulsa Area Primetimers, provides mature gay and bisexual men, and their admirers, with opportunities to come together in a supportive atmosphere to enjoy social, educational, and recreational activities.
1st Monday of each month, 6pm
Tulsa Two Spirit Society
The Tulsa Two Spirit Society is comprised of Native American men and women united in their efforts to bring Two Spirited people to their rightful place in the sacred circle. The Tulsa Two Spirit Society meets monthly at the Equality Center.
Mondays 7-9pm
Tulsa Uniform & Leather Seekers Association
T.U.L.S.A. is for people interested in uniforms, leather, levi, motorcycles and the celebration of our special interests. The association is open to all individuals, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or national origin, and is dedicated to educating the community and promoting unity via social and charitable activities.
