David Bohnett CyberCenter
David Bohnett CybercenterThe David Bohnett CyberCenter builds upon the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center's purpose to be a safe and visible environment for everyone by providing public access to various forms of socialization, community building and information opportunities.
The David Bohnett CyberCenter is available to the public for research, skill-building and personal recreational use. All users are requested to sign a log with their name, time on and off the computer and general usage policies.
The David Bohnett Foundation was founded by David Bohnett, designer of GeoCities, which later became a part of Yahoo.com. David is determined to improve our society through social activism. He recognizes the importance of the internet in creating that change, ensuring the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community are connected and using the immense potential of the web. OkEq is very appreciative of the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center - serving LGBT Oklahomans and their allies since 1980, being selected for the installation of the 20th David Bohnett CyberCenter in the United States.
