Jayme Cox is currently Director of Government and External Affairs for Cimarex Energy Company. In 2014-2016, she served as President and CEO at Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice (OCCJ), a human relations organization dedicated to achieving respect and understanding for all people through education, advocacy and dialogue. She has 15 years of previous experience in Public/Government Affairs with Shell Oil and Sunoco Inc., where she was a company spokesperson and registered lobbyist in a number of states. Jayme is a native of Tulsa and earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at University of Tulsa, as well as a Masters of Human Relations at University of Oklahoma. She is passionate about her community and has always been active in community affairs—from arts and social services to animal protection and human relations. In addition to current involvement with OCCJ, Downtown Tulsa Rotary and the Tulsa Regional Chamber, she has previously served on other non-profit boards in Tulsa, Dallas and Houston.
