Nancy & Joe McDonald Rainbow Library

A mainstay of the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center since 1996, the Nancy & Joe McDonald Rainbow Library was named in their honor in the Spring of 1999. Nancy is past National President of Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) and current President of PFLAG Tulsa. She has testified before U.S. Congress on LGBT issues and was the inaugural recipient of the OkEq Lifetime Achievement Award.
