MOREcolor is Back. MOREcolor 2026 🌈

Help us celebrate by filling the Allie Jensen Memorial Gallery with More Color!

OKEQ is now accepting submissions for MOREcolor, our annual Pride group show, a vibrant celebration of queer creativity, resilience, and joy. When times feel dark, we must not lose sight of the light. Creation is protest. Love is power. Community is safety.

MOREcolor is the current incarnation of the art show that began in the 1980s as the TOHR Art Show; a Pride celebration through the fine arts started by Tulsa Oklahomans for Human Rights, long before Oklahomans for Equality had a permanent home in the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center.

For decades, this show has created space for LGBTQ+ artists to be seen, celebrated, and supported. Artists receive 70% of their sales (30% commission retained). Artists may also choose to split their sales 50/50 or donate 100% of proceeds to Oklahomans for Equality in support of our mission.

Exhibit Dates: May 26 – July 25, 2026. On display during our second annual Tulsa Fringe Festival
Opening Reception: Friday, May 29, 2026
Makers’ Market opportunity: July 25 (12–5pm)
Submission Deadline: April 10, 2026
Open to artists of all ages

Artists selected for MOREcolor should plan to attend the public reception. All submitted work must be for sale.
