​Substance Use Disorders disproportionately affect the LGBTQ+ community, and there is a variety of factors that can lead to harmful drug and alcohol use. No matter where someone is at in their recovery or what recovery means to that person, we want to create a non-judgmental place for them to find the resources they need.  

Recovery Programs at the Center


​Smart Recovery Meeting

Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in the Glass Conference Room
SMART Recovery is an international non-profit organization that provides assistance to individuals seeking abstinence from addiction. SMART stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. The SMART approach is secular and science-based, using cognitive behavioral therapy and non-confrontational motivational methods.

S.O.S. Recovery Meeting
Mondays at 7:00 p.m. in the East Conference Room
Secular Organizations for Sobriety of Tulsa is a support group for people recovering from alcohol and drug abuse.

Heavy Metta Recovery Dharma

Every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and every Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
This is not a 12 step recovery program. This is a Buddhist inspired path to recovery from addiction of all kinds. There is no cost. Format consists of a 15 minute group meditation followed by reading and sharing.

12&12, Inc. is the largest Comprehensive Community Addiction Recovery Center (CCARC) in the state. It offers adults suffering from the brain disease of addiction or co-existing mental health and substance use disorders life-saving recovery tools to support their ability to achieve individualized recoveries. It serves its clients through a complete continuum of care that provides multiple levels of treatment including detoxification, intensive residential treatment, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, counseling, transitional living, and sober living.  Its service model is based on a multi-disciplinary approach that integrates medical oversight, psychiatry, nursing, counseling and case management.

​The Center for Therapeutic Interventions was developed to make available to individuals and their families a comprehensive treatment facility to meet all necessary counseling needs.  Our therapeutic team is experienced and equipped to provide services for individuals and families with minor life adjustment problems, major life difficulties and all counseling concerns in between.  We believe in and provide an all inclusive strengths based approach for treating people with issues related to mental health and or substance abuse.
